J. Lamar Gray, B.K.A, “Doctor J,” is a Workplace Expert, Organizational Behavior Strategist and host, “Strictly Business Show with Doctor J,”. Doctor J is straight out of Compton and the new voice of today’s and tomorrow’s workplace. Doctor J facilitated learning and development courses for Converse, MGM Resorts, Newegg.com, The Centre of Organization Effectiveness, City of Berkeley, and as an Adjunct Instructor at UCLA. He specializes in Organizational Behavior and Leadership, Mediation and Dispute Resolution, and Race and Diversity Harmony. A long, long time ago, in a galaxy far, far way, Doctor J enjoyed a career in the entertainment industry working as a Sports Producer for CBS Radio and producing, writing, and directing independent films.

Today, Doctor J is a published author in the Journal of Workplace Learning and The International Journal of Learning and Development. He graduated from the University of La Verne with a B.S in Organizational Management Studies and a M.S. in Leadership and Management. Doctor J continued his education at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology, earning a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership; his dissertation topic was: "Overcoming the Threat of Racial Stereotyping in the Workplace.”
